Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Scope

These terms apply to all rentals of the Deuter Kid Comfort II carrier from babypack.ch.

Liability

Use the carrier according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You are responsible for the safe and proper use during the rental. babypack.ch is not liable for injuries or indirect damages arising from misuse.

Loss and non-return

If the carrier or accessories are lost or not returned, replacement costs are charged. Non-return after the agreed time may incur an additional daily fee.

Damage

Report any damage immediately. Repair or replacement costs caused by misuse or negligence are charged to the renter.

Payment and security

Payment method and any deposit (if required) are agreed during confirmation. No payments are taken on this website.

Cancellation

Requests are non-binding. You may cancel before pickup. Please inform us early so the carrier can be offered to other families.

Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
